Questions I ask when called for a proposal:

      Approximate square feet of project?

      Density: is the building office? retail? warehouse?

      Number of floors? basement?

      Geometry: is the building rectilinear, have angles, or curves?

      Plans only?  RCP's? elevations? data?

      What is the requested delivery / schedule?

      Is the building vacant or occupied?

      Lights working?

      Access: hours? contact person? lockbox key / code?

      SF calculations needed?

      Safety of neighborhood?

      Space planning needed?
